FIELD: industrial ecology control. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has perforated and porous drums mounted in axially aligned relation within housing 1 on hollow drive shafts 6 and one within the other so as to define gap 7 and annular channel 11. Apparatus is further provided with gas and water supply and discharge channels and gas swirlers 13 positioned at inlet end of each opening 14 of perforated drum.
