FIELD: industrial ecology control. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing 1 with channels 2,3,4,5 for supplying and discharge of gaseous and liquid phases, respectively, drum 8 mounted on drive shaft 7 so as to define gap 6 in housing 1. Drum 8 has perforations formed as supersonic nozzles and bead 10 made in end part of inner surface, and perforated stator 13 embracing portion of drum 8 adjacent to gas supply zone. Openings 14 of stator 13 are provided with swirlers and positioned in common plane with perforations of drum 8. Openings 14 are extending along axial circles with nonuniform and odd peripheral pitch. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
