FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium has the following components, g/100 cm3 medium: hydrolyzed barley malt 0.9-1.1 and malt seedlings 1.9-2.1; citric acid 0.25-0.35; manganese sulfate 0.045-0.055; zinc sulfate 0.025-0.035, and water - the rest. Barley malt is hydrolyzed with malt enzymes at hydromodulus = 1:4 by graduate heating malt and water mixture and exposition by 30 min at 45 C and 52 C, 50 min at 63 C, 30 min at 70 C and up to the complete saccharification at 72 C followed by mixture boiling for 15-20 min. Malt seedlings were hydrolyzed with cytolytic enzymes, for example, enzyme preparation cytorosemin Г20x or Г10x which were added at amount 0.03-0.05% of seedling mass at hydromodulus = 1:10, at 45 C for 1 h followed by boiling for 15-20 min. The hydrolyzed barley malt and malt seedlings were combined after boiling with other components of medium. The latter were dissolved preliminary in tap water and sterilized.
