FIELD: biotechnology, enzymology. SUBSTANCE: medium the hydrolyzed barley malt stimulators of growth and enzyme biosynthesis - hydrolyzed malt seedlings, inductor of pectolytic enzymes - hydrolyzed beet pulp at the following ratio of components, g/100 cm3 medium: hydrolyzed barley malt 0.9-1.1; hydrolyzed malt seedlings 1.9-2.1; hydrolyzed beet pulp 2.9-3.1, and water - the rest. Barley malt is hydrolyzed with malt enzymes by its mixing with 4 parts of tap water, gradual heating malt mixture with water and exposition at 45 C and 52 C (by 30 min), at 63 C for 50 min, at 70 C for 30 min and at 72 C up to the complete saccharification followed by mixture boiling for 15-20 min. Hydrolysis of malt seedlings and beet pulp is carried out with cytolytic and pectolytic enzymes, that were used at amount 0.03-0.5% of raw content. Hydrolysis of malt seedlings and beet pulp is carried out at 45 C for 1 h. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of medium. 3 cl, 2 tbl
