FIELD: medicine, microbiology, analytical biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: suspension of examined anaerobic microorganisms is added to tubes with liquid nutrient medium for anaerobes cultivation. Examined sample is separated for experimental and control one. The parent chromatography profile is recorded and standard disks with CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC preparation were placed in each tubes. Samples were incubated in thermostat under anaerobic conditions for 8-12 h and then chromatography profile is recorded again and experimental and control chromatogram is compared with respect to pattern and area of peaks. Sensitivity is estimated by difference between these data. EFFECT: accelerated assay of anaerobic bacteria assay. 3 dwg, 3 tbl
