FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cell components, such as exometabolites, cell extract and cell walls are produced from analysed culture of microorganisms. Produced cell components are disinfected with chloroform in amount of 0.1 ml of chloroform per 3 ml of cell components. Then each of extracted cell components is mixed with antagonist strain as 1:2, accordingly. At the same time two control samples are prepared, besides control 1 is made of liquid nutrient medium and physiological solution, and control 2 - out of liquid nutrient medium and antagonist strain. Afterwards test and control samples are incubated. Then they are dissolved with liquid nutrient medium, incubated, and supernatants are separated by means of centrifugation. Produced supernatants are disinfected by means of their treatment with chloroform as 0.1 ml of chloroform per 3 ml of supernatant. Disinfected supernatants are mixed with suspension of indicator strain, as 1:2, accordingly. Then they are incubated and dissolved with liquid nutrient medium. Later indicator strain is seeded to dense nutrient medium and cultivated. Then CFU are counted in test and control samples. Antagonistic activity of antagonist strain is calculated, and by variation of antagonistic activity in test samples compared to control ones, conclusion is made on ability of analysed culture of microorganisms to control antagonistic activity of bacteria.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to detect ability of microorganisms to control antagonistic activity of bacteria.
