Duration of pumping pulses is not less than half-period of their carrier oscillation. Pulse spacing is equal to time of passage of pulse along closed trajectory of biggest extent about irradiated region. Frequency of carrier oscillation is multiple of frequency of irradiation of electrons for anticipated realization of their prohibited transition or of frequency corresponding to energy of electron in unexcited state at one of completely filled energy levels of atoms of matter in irradiated region. Power of radiated burst of pulses and number of pulses in burst are determined in accordance with established mathematical dependences. EFFECT: increased authenticity of proposed method.
