FIELD: radio communication, formation of reflecting region, for example, for ionospheric relaying. SUBSTANCE: method of formation of energy cluster includes simultaneous radiation of primary electromagnetic pulses from different points of space into specified region, radiation of pumping pulses after first primary electromagnetic pulse into same region with duration, pulse spacing and frequency of carrier oscillation not multiple of corresponding parameters of primary pulses. Duration of pumping pulses is not less than half-period of their carrier oscillation. Pulse spacing is equal to time of passage of pulse along closed trajectory of biggest extent about irradiated region. Frequency of carrier oscillation is multiple of frequency of irradiation of electrons for anticipated realization of their prohibited transition or of frequency corresponding to energy of electron in unexcited state at one of completely filled energy levels of atoms of matter in irradiated region. Power of radiated burst of pulses and number of pulses in burst are determined in accordance with established mathematical dependences. EFFECT: increased authenticity of proposed method.
