FIELD: communications engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of artificial ionized organization by radiating primary-excitation electromagnetic waves with amplitude distribution of field strength over front of electromagnetic waves passing through expected retransmission zone characterized by maxima and minima into expected retransmission zone from N different points of space. Boundary of artificial ionized organization closest to radioholographic electromagnetic wave radiator is shaped as curved line approximating discrete function characterized by points of cophasal addition of primarily excited electromagnetic-wave maxima. Electromagnetic pumping wave is radiated in direction of shaped artificial ionized organization from (N+1)st point and radioholographic wave with desired amplitude and phase distribution, from (N+2)nd point of space. Electromagnetic data signal is radiated in direction of artificial ionized organization, and retransmitted signal is received. EFFECT: provision for retransmitting information signal between stationary and mobile communication pints and for detecting signals with unknown parameters as means for detecting and eliminating noise.
