FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: an opening is formed in mesentery of transverse colon, its edges are fastened to frontal wall of duodenum. Jejunum ansa is directed to duodenum. Duodenojejunoanastomosis of 1.5-2 cm is formed at 5 cm space from Treitz ligament. One row of single interrupted sutures using atraumatic needle is conducted into intestinal lumen. Then leaving 1-1.5 cm from duodenojejunoanastomosis adductor is fixed to lower mesenteric surface of transverse colon towards its root by 3-4 seromuscular sutures. EFFECT: higher efficiency to eliminate adductor sagging and discharge disorders. 2 dwg
