FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out 40 cm long isolated segment of small intestine from its lower half. Proximal end of the segment is sutured hermetically. The distal one is brought out on the anterior abdominal wall as stoma. Intestinal tract continuity is restored by applying T-shaped anastomosis with abducent intestine end sutured into adducting intestine side 30-40 cm apart from the adducting intestine end. The end of the adducting intestine is hermetically sutured. EFFECT: simplified stable model of small intestine atresia. 8 dwg
