FIELD: medicine, neonatal surgery. SUBSTANCE: in area of blind end of adductory department of atretic intestine upon serosal membrane it is applied stimulating and removing electrodes. Right-angled electric 4B impulse of 0.5 second duration is directed for stimulating electrodes. At the same time removing electrodes register biopotentials generated by intestinal smooth muscle at the place of electric stimulant impact. If biopotentials are not registered at this level electrodes should be moved towards proximal direction for 5 cm, the test should be repeated and if it is again negative electrodes are moved 5 cm more and more till electromyogram appears at supposed resection level in response to 4B electric impulse. At this level resection of adductory department of atretic intestine is conducted. EFFECT: decreased number of postoperative complications in neonatals. 2 cl, 1 dwg
