FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting skin of ventral surface of the penis. Urethra is selected all along the suspending region without its intersection. Connective chord is excised. Notches are done on the tunica albuginea of the cavernous bodies on the ventral surface. Graft is formed on the dorsal surface of the penis in the region of its root. The graft is transferred to the ventral surface of the penis. The tunica albuginea is folded over the dorsal surface. The remaining skin defect is covered on the ventral surface with triangular flaps meeting each other. EFFECT: reliable chord exsection; fully straightened penis; avoided complications. 8 dwg
