FIELD: medicine, juvenile urology. SUBSTANCE: cutaneous fragment is cut at length equal to double distance against external urethral opening to head's apex. The width of fragment's distal department is equal to external diameter of urethral catheter, and proximal - to three external diameters. Proximal part of a fragment is cut up to external urethral opening, and distal one - along the edge. Fragment is formed upon ventral surface of penis and its head. Head tissue is broadly cut. Urethra is formed by replacing fragment's proximal part from a stem to a head and fastening it with distal part at catheter. Formed urethra is covered with a tissue of dissected head and prepuce. Prepuce skin is replaced from dorsal surface onto ventral one by forming a small strip upon it. The latter is fastened up to the tissue of dissected head. EFFECT: higher efficiency to minimize the risk of postoperative disconnection of sutures, development of urethral fistulas and scars at urethral opening. 6 dwg , 1 tbl
