FIELD: medicine, hand surgery. SUBSTANCE: arthrosis in hand finger joints in patients with cicatricial changes of skin and soft tissues in area of defected joint is solved by resection of defected joint ends, their osteosynthesis with needles at functionally appropriate position and bone plasty. Method is new due to the fact that if accessible cicatricial-periosteal-osseous fragment of proximal basis is cut to conduct osseous plasty by overlapping resection area with the fragment formed. EFFECT: higher efficiency to eliminate integument necrosis and optimization of consolidation process in arthrosis area.
