FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should form periosteal fragment with muscular gasket out of the part of fingers' muscles-flexors and osseous fragment out of radius' cortical layer; fragment should be separated from radius and developed complex of tissues including cutaneous-fatty, muscular- periosteal fragments, fragment of radius should be replaced into recipient area; osseous homotransplant is cut out to connect it with cortical osseous fragment of radius by taking into consideration their tight contact by planes of filing. Thus, developed finger's bony framework should be enveloped with periosteal-muscular and cutaneous-fatty fragments followed by suturing their ends to prevent resolution of homotransplant.
