FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy; ophthalmology, particularly, hospital or out-patient treatment for visual tract disorder. SUBSTANCE: device has body with incorporated permanent magnet joined with angular displacement drive, spring, and braking magnet; novelty consists in inserting screen for permanent magnet pole, installed by turns on one of magnet poles and rigidly joined with it, as well as in using master-pulse shaper intended for drive control; magnetic pulse stimulator generates pulses which under condition of appropriate selection of magnet pole and irradiated area may result to emerging electromotive force (emf) in nervous fibers corresponding to averaged emf peculiar to intact nerves; as a result excitability and conductivity of fibers may be enhanced. EFFECT: higher efficiency and shortening of treatment period due to generation of unipolar pulses of magnetic field having non-symmetric saw-toothed form. 2 dwg
