FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has carcass. At least two C-shaped magnetic conductors with inductance coils are mounted in the carcass. The coils are connected to asymmetric impulse oscillator unit via control unit. The C-shaped magnetic conductors with inductance coils are turned one relative to the other at an angle of π/n, order, where π = 3,14..., n is their total number. The coils are mounted in the carcass so that straight lines running through poles of each of the C-shaped magnetic conductors intersect at the same point. EFFECT: provided local magnetic field energy concentration in the brain area remote from head surface. 3 dwg
