SUBSTANCE: method involves recording peak latency values of the main positive peak of upper hemisphere irradiation with known polarity nonsymmetrical magnetic field induction exposure moments being selected, for amplifying local currents, with 75 mTesla units amplitude and patient heart beat frequency on the vision nerve and tract projection. Light stimuli of patient heart beat frequency are shown in a way that upper retina hemisphere irradiation mainly takes place with leading magnetic field exposure phase.
