FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing having inside it permanent magnet rigidly attached to carcass, and control unit. Axle and inductance coil are rigidly coupled with the casing and placed inside it. The carcass possesses the property to oscillate about the axle and the inductance coil is electrically coupled with the control unit. The device has the second permanent magnet acting with its magnetic field upon the inactive end of the permanent magnet. The device also has the second inductance coil and movable core. The second inductance coil is coaxially aligned with the main inductance coil and electrically coupled with the control unit. The movable core is movable in the inductance coils and hingedly connected to the permanent magnet carcass. EFFECT: enhanced conductivity and excitation functions of optical nerve. 3 cl, 3 dwg
