METHOD OF ART-DECORATING PARQUETRY FLOORING PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: method to produce art-decorating cowering of curvilinear pattern provides for sawing out of pieces of different areas and configurations, their shaping by face mould and pieces sticking together in segment in pieces accurate fixation tool, that is base, on which stops with adjustment screws are located, that determine position of pieces in segment, and pressing screw fixing stuck pieces in the tool. Stuck segments, that have two front sides, are sawn to copying templet and laid on subfloor or cement covering in mirror-like way in respect to each other and so forming common pattern of parquetry. Method allows to produce large segment, that are 5 - 35 mm thick, without its sticking on any base before it is laid on floor. Presence of two front sides of segment and their laying in mirror-like way to each other provides conjugation and mating of pieces all over the floor area. EFFECT: method allows to produce large segments of good thickness without their sticking on any base before they are laid on floor. 4 dwg
