FIELD: means of protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means of protection, in particular, marine boundaries from unauthorized entry of foreign vessels into the territory of the Russian Federation. In corresponding system containing operator workplace, consisting of system unit, monitor, keyboard and "Mouse" type manipulator, as well as a "friend-or-foe" determination module with a receiving-transmitting antenna, a request panel and a response receiver, the output of which is connected to the system unit, as well as a radar control module comprising at least one radar antenna array which is connected through a radar controller with a system unit, to system unit is connected 4 GIS system server with maps of water area and base of real photo on domestic and foreign military and civil vessels, in system radar controller is also provided, which transmits control signals to the radar antenna array position control actuators to accompany the vessel which does not respond to the "friend-or-foe" signal, where tracking involves monitoring and recording in memory of system unit position of vessel in form of three-dimensional model in two-dimensional plane of water area and possibility of recovery of its route.
