SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supporting member made in the form of three shock-absorbing springs joining fixing disks. Outer sides of the disks have in pairs mounted disks with two rows of spring material tabs along disks circumference. Bent sections of tabs have tooth-shaped form and space between them corresponds to half width of each tab. EFFECT: improved effectiveness of pipelines clearance. 3 dwg
