FIELD: pipe line engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pressure-tight chamber 1, drum 2 with roll film coating 3 and rope 16, rollers for applying adhesive composition, branch pipe 8, flexible hose 9, and electric motor 18 connected with the shaft of drum 2 through wedge-belt transmission. Cover 10 is replaceable and provided with branch pipe 11 for supplying compressed air to chamber 1. Film coating 3 is impregnated with adhesion composition 4 in rollers 5. The end of coating 3 passes through rollers 20, flexible hose 9 and is secured to a pipe line. The other end of coating 3 is secured to rope 16 and wound on drum 2. Flexible hose 9 is secured to branch pipe 8 with yoke 21 and chamber 1 is tightly covered with cover 10. Chamber 1 is pressurized and drum 2, which is set in rotation by motor 18, applies film coating 3 to a pipe line with a given speed. Rope 16 allows coating 3 to be returned into chamber 1.
