SMOOTHING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: building industry, namely machines for smoothing surfaces at making products of concrete mixtures. SUBSTANCE: smoothing apparatus includes mounted on housing vertical drive shaft carrying smoothing disc rigidly fixed to it. Percussion mechanism includes ratchet wheel of drive shaft. Drive shaft may move along its axis by means of spring, its one end rests upon movable abutment. Additional shaft is joined through gearings with drive shaft and motor. Apparatus is provided with control lever whose handle has switch for turning off percussion mechanism connected with abutment by means of rope. Apparatus is also provided with handle for transportation. EFFECT: enlarged using range of high-quality smoothing of surfaces of soft and coarse concrete mixtures by the same apparatus due to realizing rotation and percussion-rotation modes of smoothing. 1 dwg
