FIELD: building material industry. SUBSTANCE: unit has main frame with moving frame and vibrators mounted on it by means of shock absorbers. Unit also includes dispenser which contains supporting frame with horizontal guides, supply bunker and box feeder coupled to power cylinder rod. Guide bushings and power cylinder with punch suspended from it are secured on carriage. Plungers are composed of upper and lower sections. Matrix which has moving bottom coupled to rod of power cylinder of reciprocating motion is positioned on crosspiece along vertical axis of main frame. Power cylinder is secured on supporting frame of dispenser. Moving frame is positioned under matrix coaxially with the latter. Window is formed in moving frame for passage of tray (when removing of finished article forms) supported by stacker installed under moving frame coaxially with matrix. Parallel supporting beams are secured with clearance on changeable inventorial tray. Stacker of molded articles is made as a carcass assembled from horizontal guides symmetrical with longitudinal axis and installed on front and rear posts interlocked in pairs and coupled by crosspieces. Auxiliary table is secured on front posts flush with reception table. Auxiliary table is provided with templates symmetrical with respect to longitudinal axis of main frame with tail ends bent out downwards through angle of 75-85 deg. Lower part of carriage accommodates driving vertically-moving L-shaped fork-type catch turning relative to horizontal axis. Catch is provided with vertical bearing shelf. Length of shelf and length of matrix are smaller than distance between carcass posts by 0.5-0.05 and 1.001-1.25 times, respectively. Unit makes it possible to improve quality of articles and to reduce labor intensity and power consumption. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 5 dwg
