FIELD: frequency stabilization engineering. SUBSTANCE: device of both design alternates has adjustable crystal oscillator, frequency multiplier, first frequency converter, quantum discriminator, and control voltage shaper whose output is connected to control input of adjustable crystal oscillator, all there devices being interconnected in series to form closed automatic frequency control ring; it also has frequency synthesizer whose first and second inputs are connected to second input of first frequency converter and to second input of control voltage shaper, respectively; novelty is introduction of series-connected second frequency converter and frequency divider whose output functions as frequency standard output. First input of second frequency converter in both design alternates is connected to first output of frequency synthesizer and frequency divider output, to frequency synthesizer input. In first design alternate second input of second frequency converter is connected to output of first frequency converter connected to input of quantum discriminator; in second design alternate second input of second frequency converter is connected to additional output of first frequency converter.
