FIELD: frequency stabilization technology. SUBSTANCE: device has adjustable crystal oscillator, frequency converter, quantum discriminator, and control voltage shaper whose output is connected to control input of crystal oscillator, all of them being series-connected to form enclosed automatic frequency control ring, it also has frequency synthesizer whose first and second inputs are connected to second input of frequency converter and to second input of control voltage shaper, respectively. Newly introduced in device is frequency divider whose input is connected to frequency multiplier output and output, to frequency synthesizer input; frequency divider output functions as output of quantum frequency standard.
