FIELD: microbiology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing the industrial strain, biomass accumulation, microbe suspension formation, immobilization on acetylphthalylcellulose at ratio 1:1 (by dry matter), liquid separation by filtration and vacuum drying the formed microgranules up to the residual humidity 4-8 wt.-%. Product - microgranulated, nonhygroscopic, stable, acid-resistant preparation containing live bacteria. Method ensures to decrease time of technological process (drying stage) from 50-80 to 2-8 h and excludes preliminary freezing stages. Method can be used in medicine and veterinary science.
