FIELD: medicine for rendering first aid at a snake bite. SUBSTANCE: aspirator uses an extended housing with a base for contact with the surface to be cleaned, air duct perpendicular to the surface of the base, and a vacuum source connected to it. To provide a reliable aspiration, prevent infection of the rescuer, the housing is made of elastic material and furnished with external bosses mouth-pieces being distant from the base and made in the form of a flange, and the vacuum source is separated from the housing with a variable-volume elastic air cylinder installed for varying the volume from the vacuum source, in particular, from the human mouth.
