FIELD: medicine, radiology, surgery. SUBSTANCE: control tube drainage is directed to anastomosis formed. At the presence of clinical signs of suture dissatisfaction patient is orally introduced with low-absorbing radio pharmacological product. Product output beyond organ lumen limits is detected radiometrically by revealing radioactive label in liquid sample obtained due to active aspiration from control drainage. EFFECT: higher accuracy, decreased ray loading, decreased labour capacity after gastroectomy and abdominal resection. 1 tbl
