FIELD: veterinary, medicine, food industry. SUBSTANCE: initially coagulation temperature is determined in the sample of origin components. Then homogenization of β--carotene in non-ionogenic surfactant being preliminary heated is carried out, the process takes place in the presence of antioxidant. Thus prepared solution is added into water, temperature of reaction medium being lower than coagulation temperature by 5-10 C. Dissolution is complete when homogeneous solution is obtained. Final dilution is 1:(2.5-50). If proposed microemulsion is used as taste additives then dilution 1: 16-24 is available. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method.
