SUBSTANCE: preparation of beta-carotene has the following components, wt.-%: beta-carotene 0.01-10.0; polar lipids 0.01-20.0; butylhydroxytoluene or butylhydroxyanisole (antioxidants) 0.01-0.1, and dry microcrystalline and/or porous substances (carrier) - the rest. Solution of beta-carotene, polar lipids, butylhydroxytoluene or butylhydroxyanisole in ethanol is prepared at 50-78 C and carrier is added to the obtained solution.
