FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: preparation of β-carotene comprises β-carotene, antioxidant and egg powder; said preparation may also comprise vegetable oil and filler. To prepare preparation β-carotene, antioxidant and egg powder are mixed all together, the process is carried out in moistened state or as dry substances by simultaneous mixing which is followed by moistening of mixture till uniformly colored mass is prepared.
