FIELD: sea-going fishery, processing of sea fish fats. SUBSTANCE: sea fish fats in form of semifinished products are treated by separation, refining and purification from solid triglycerides by filtering. In order to increase nutritional and curative values of fish oil, refining treatment is carried out with mixture of 1.2-1.5%-aqueous alkali solution and aqueous sodium chloride solution taken in concentration 10-15% based on alkali solution weight. EFFECT: method offers higher recovery of fish oil values from starting sea fish fats.
