Fish mince includes walleye pollock and humpback salmon, and the offal is selected from the following row: wheat offal, oat offal, rye offal, barley offal.
EFFECT: invention enables to create an easily digestible food product with high biological and nutritional value with high taste properties and organoleptic indices, as well as to expand the range of dietary products with a functional purpose.
