FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fish industry. Method includes separation of semi-product oil, filtration and refining. Filtration is performed by cooling of oil till 0°C. Refining is performed by warmed up till 50-60°C solution of mixture of natrium bicarbonate and table salt with concentration 2% in ratio 1:1 respectively and in quantity from 5 to 10% of oil mass. After that oil bleaching is performed by bleaching earth in ratio 1:0.1-1:0.5 respectively and deodorisation by absorbent carbon in ratio 1:0.2-1:0.5 respectively.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase outcome of purified oil, increase its quality, increase content of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids.
