FIELD: preparation of mixtures in chemical, food-processing, pharmaceutical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: mixer for loose and liquid materials has bed frame, drive and driven shafts secured on bed frame in one plane and connected with double hinge where drum is used as intermediate shaft. Drum is secured in forks of hinge at diametrically perpendicular axes. Distance between axes of attachment of drum exceeds distance between geometric axes of each fork. Driven shaft is mounted in bed frame for rotation about axis perpendicular to plane passing through drive and driven shafts. Driven shaft may be located in bearing support which is used as rocker arm secured on bed frame. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
