FIELD: reinforcement bars production.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing reinforced articles on a production line of blocks made from aerated concrete, in which there is a bearing frame with pins-retainers for installation of reinforcement frames on it. Frame can move to installation for anticorrosion treatment of reinforcement frames, for example, painting bath. In immediate proximity to installation for anticorrosive treatment there is a zone for drying of reinforcement frames, in which carrying frame supplies treated reinforcement frames. At that, in filling zone filling molds for aerated concrete are pre-poured with aerated concrete mass and the latter is homogeneous by means of vibro needle. Dried carcases are transferred into the filling zone and lowered into filling molds. After that, filling molds with frames are moved into aging chamber, where aerated concrete mixture matures for 150 minutes. At the end of aging, filling molds are removed and directed under the next pouring, and the obtained raw product is directed into the machine of laxative cut for stress removal from the entire area of the massif and into separate elements in raw material. At that, for a weakening cut a twisted string is used. Further, the product undergoes gauging. At first, it is installed vertically and on trimmer of lengthwise cutting, the array geometry is adjusted from the upper and lower parts of the massif and the articles width is calibrated. After that, the product in the transverse cutting machine is cut with a trimming cutter. Height of articles is calibrated on lengthwise cutting line and lower undercutting layer is recycled. Further, autoclaving is carried out at temperature of 190 °C for not more than 12 hours and further packaging of finished products.

EFFECT: improved quality of articles due to reduction of internal stresses in articles.
