FIELD: recovery of worn blade surfaces. SUBSTANCE: in proposed method, filler wire is used, and welded metal and welding bath are affected by crystallizer, which is placed from the side of welding bath bottom and from the blade side surface at a distance equal to 0.1-0.5 diameter of filler wire. Crystallizer is conferred to the reciprocation relative to blade side surface with amplitude 0.01-0.3 mm and frequency 10-50 Hz. Method is implemented with a device containing balancing level with its middle part pivotally connected to mount 2. One end of balancing level 1 is connected with mobile core 3 inserted into coil 4 mounted on mount 2, and the second end balancing level is provided with crystallizer 5. The latter and coil 4 are spring-loaded in relation to balance level 1. Coil 4 is supplied with current with controlled pulse frequency. Core 6 of coil 4, immovable in relation to balance level 1, may be installed in various positions through varying distance of crystallizer 5 to blade surface under welding. Stops 7 and 8 confine approach of crystallizer 5 to blade surface, to welded parts 9, and filler 10 located under welding burner 11. EFFECT: improved procedure. 2 cl, 1 dwg
