FIELD: cavitation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cavitation equipment producing heated or cooled liquids. The device for heating the liquid by means of cavitation comprises a case having an inlet for the liquid to be heated, and an outlet for releasing the heated liquid from the case, and an external rotor, made with the possibility of fixing on the motor shaft and enclosing in the case and with the possibility of rotation inside the case. The external rotor has many cavitation holes on its outer surface, and it is located inside the case to form a liquid heating zone between the outer surface of the external rotor and the inner surface of the case, which faces the outer surface of the external rotor. The inner surface of the case, which faces the outer surface of the external rotor containing holes, has a plurality of laterally spaced first funnel zones running around the circumference along this inner surface. Each first funnel zone ends in the first outlet zone. Each first funnel zone contains the first inclined section. Each first outlet zone is displaced relatively to the adjacent first outlet zone. The liquid entering the case is heated by interacting with the first funnel zones, the first inclined sections, and holes in the external rotor and by rotating the external rotor. The invention also contains a cavitation device system, two methods for thermal modification of the liquid by cavitation.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at elimination of the destructive forces inherent in the cavitation process, improvement of the efficiency and reduction of cavitation noise, production of heated liquids and purifying the liquid.
