FIELD: methods of flameless combustion of fuel in gas flow. SUBSTANCE: gas flow is directed to gas system 102 which has at least one loop 103 where gas flow circulates even partially. Gas system 102 is provided with fuel feed device 107, gas inlet 104 and gas discharge 105, first feed device 106 for maintenance of gas flow in loop 103, heater 108 for heating the gas flow before using it in flameless combustion, first catalytic active element 109 for initiating the flameless combustion. Heat released during combustion is absorbed by component 101 of gas system 102 washed or penetrated by gas flow; use may be made of heat exchangers, for example for making heaters for automobiles and exhaust gas catalysts, thus forming heating systems for exhaust gas catalysts.
