SUBSTANCE: conducting cellular structure of exhaust-gas catalyst carrier is made in form of cellular units installed in housing and formed by layers of partially or fully structurized flat and corrugated foil sheets wound to form gas channels and arranged in form of pack with layers wound opposite to each other with cross section in form of circle or meander. Thickness of foil sheets is 0.03-0.12 mm, 0.03-0.06 mm thickness being preferable. Units are installed with clearance, one relative to the other, and they can be provided with radial and/or axial insulating gaskets or coatings on surface of cross section and/or along axis of unit to form conducting in length sections with resistance of 0.03-2.0 Ohms, 0.1-1.0 Ohm resistance being preferable.
