FIELD: food production. SUBSTANCE: yeast molasses mash and urea were added to the ensilage raw at ratio = (1.3-1.9):1 at dose 30-45 l and 24 kg, respectively, that provides decrease of chemical activity and net cost of preserving agent. Feeding the preserved grain to growing young cattle at dose 35% nutrition diet the mean value of live mass gain is 1230 g as compared with 1040 g in animals given the same amount of self-preserved grain.
