FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture field, in particular, to fodder production. The method involves addition of culture liquid represented by bakery yeast production waste product and beet molasses into milled green maize mass with subsequent compression. The culture liquid is introduced in an amount of 0.8-1% while the beet molasses - in an amount of 2.3-2.5% of the mass being silaged.
EFFECT: invention implementation allows to expand the range of wastes used for silage production and enhance the fodder quality.
