FIELD: waste water purification. SUBSTANCE: invention's objective is increasing efficiency of aeration of liquid when utilizing tubular aerator for biologically cleaning waste water in air tanks with activated sludge. The problem is solved with that, in tubular aerator containing ascending tube with radial openings, inner and outer dispersing layers, porosity and average pore size in outer layer is less than those values in inner layer and thickness of outer layer is not larger than 0.2 of that in entire dispersing coating.
