FIELD: WASTE WATER TREATMENT. SUBSTANCE: invention may be applied in biological treatment of waste waters in air tanks with activated sludge. Its essence consists in that, in tubular aerator containing tube with radial holes and dispersing coating, inner diameter of this coating is 1.3-1.5 as large as outer diameter of the tube with radial holes. In addition, tubular aerator is supplemented by annular insertions between the tube with radial holes and dispersing coating, distance between annular insertions constituting 7 to 23 outer diameters of the tube and summary area of radial openings in the tube between annular insertions ranges from 0.03 to 0.16 square of inner diameter of the dispersing coating.
