SUBSTANCE: each successively installed pair of drawing mechanism has driving cylinder with circular recess and pressing roller having gas-filled hollow coating of flexible material partially housed in cylinder circular recess. External surface of hollow coating of pressing toller has, at least, one flexible lug directed to the side opposite to direction of rotation of pressing roller. Circular recess of each pair cylinder is limited in width by two flat side surfaces located perpendicular to cylinder rotation axis and conjugated in circular recess with bottom surface having concave curved profile in cylinder axial section.
