SUBSTANCE: roller has drum in form of industrial fabric cylindrical ring, weight - fluid or pulp pumped at pressure into cylindrical ring hollow, and tow bar located coaxially to axis of cylindrical ring. Surface of cylindrical ring is coated with protective cover from flexible reinforced material and has holding pockets accommodating flat weights and/or tow bar hollow filled with assembled weight. Device operates, both, by reciprocation along the axis, and by rotary motion across axis on the slopes, in ditches, broken profiles and workings (holes, wells, etc).
