FIELD: radio measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has RC-type divider 1 whose upper resistive arm 2 is connected with high voltage circuit 3. Lower capacitive arm of divider 1 has two series-connected load capacitors 4, 5 with load resistor 6 connected to common leads of capacitors 4, 5. Gas discharge arrester 7 is connected to the lower arm. Electronic amplifier 8, measuring unit 9 and indicator 10 are connected in series. Input of amplifier 8 is connected to the common leads of capacitors 4, 5. EFFECT: higher efficiency of measurement of DC voltages in high voltage circuits. 1 dwg
