FIELD: medicine, medicinal biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves culturing an influenza virus in developing chicken embryos, separation of virus-containing allantois fluid, clarification, purification by ultracentrifugation in sucrose density gradient followed by dilution of viral concentrate with phosphate saline buffer solution, stabilization, sterilizing filtration and lyophilization in the presence of sorbitol-gelatinol protecting agent. Clarification of virus-containing allantois fluid is carried out immediately after its separation and dilution of virus-containing concentrate is carried out up to value of reverse titer of hemagglutinating activity at the range 3200-6400 and lyophilization protecting agent is added before sterilizing filtration. Method provides the yield 0.4-1.2 ml live antiinfluenza vaccine from one chicken embryo. Infectious activity of the end product is 7.0-8.0 and 6.0-6.6 lg $$$ ml for viruses of types A and B, respectively. EFFECT: improved method of vaccine preparing, enhanced effectiveness. 3 tbl
